Subject to availability of stock. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, occasional discrepancies may arise, and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to inquire whether you prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would like us to process a refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the order. Payment for shipping will be collected along with the purchase, and this price will be the final shipping cost for the customer.
Delivery Time
Your order will be delivered within 6- 8 business days after orders are processed, depending on your location in India. However, please keep in mind that the number of days taken for delivery can be subject to changes in cases of natural disasters, bandhs, national holidays, etc. Place your orders accordingly and carefully. In some instances, delivery may take longer based on the accessibility of your location.
Dispatch Time
Processing time for all orders is 5-7 days. After items are shipped, it will take another 6-8 days approx. to get delivered to you. Change of Delivery Address
Requests for changing the delivery address can be accommodated before the order is packed. However, once the order is packed and ready for dispatch, we cannot entertain changes then.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated timeframe, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the courier.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
While we take utmost care to pack parcels securely, once the parcel is dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.
